With the MolPort order tracking system, customers can see where their order is at any point in time \u2013 from when an order is placed until it is delivered, together with invoice details and packing list. Transparency to give you peace of mind.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The order tracking service is available to everyone who places an order with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registered users<\/strong> at molport.com have access to their complete order, including order packing data download, product list, and information about invoices. Registration is easy using this free Registration link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-registered users<\/strong> can access their current order only. They can see an overview of the order: number of items, status, latest delivery date, and shipment summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing the Order Tracking Page<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can access your order tracking page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Through the Molport website<\/strong>: log into your Molport user profile and chose the section \u201cMy orders\u201d or \u201cOrders\u201d or click this link: https:\/\/www.molport.com\/shop\/user-orders<\/a><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. With the link in your order confirmation email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The overview will be visible without logging into your account, but to access the full range of information, please log in your Molport User profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tracking Order Status<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Compounds move through these order stages, with details below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Compounds ordered<\/strong>: order has been received, registered, and processed by Molport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Compounds cancelled<\/strong>: a number of ordered compounds that cannot be delivered and have been cancelled from the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Compounds processing<\/strong>: compounds are being processed by suppliers (QC, packaging, shipment preparation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In transit to Molport<\/strong>: compounds are in transit from the supplier to Molport warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In Molport Warehouse<\/strong>: compounds have been received at Molport warehouse and are waiting for the shipment or additional services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Re-formatting<\/strong>: compounds have been received at Molport warehouse and are being re-formatted in customer\u2019s preferred format \u2013 re-weighing, sample splitting, DMSO solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Shipped to Customer<\/strong>: compounds are shipped to the customer address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Delivered to Customer<\/strong>: compounds are delivered at the customer address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
