Accounts Receivable Specialist

To increase our operational capacity, we want to expand our team in Riga with an Accounts Receivable Specialist!

The role:

• Manage and execute invoice collection process and development
• Report on debtor process and prognosis
• Support and complete client vendor registration requests
• Track and upkeep payment information in internal systems
• Support sales team with issuing invoices and collection procedures

Requested from you:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or accounting
• Experience with professional client communication
• Hands on knowledge of Visma/Horizon or similar software is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
