The role:

  • Perform Logistics procedures by receiving and registering supplier packages and repacking supplier chemical samples for clients
  • Prepare necessary documentation and packing files for shipments (TNT, DHL, FedEx, etc) and customs clearance
  • Follow approved document preparation standards and suggest improvements
  • Support sales and customer service functions in various tasks for increased customer satisfaction and retention

Requested from you:

  • Computer skills (MS Office package)
  • Good command of Latvian and English
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Passion for order and utmost precision
  • Ready and willing to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
