Sales Representative

Here is what the role is about

• Provide timely responses to all assigned incoming requests received via email, phone, and website
• Responding to client requests for quotations and preparing customized quotes
• Follow-up with customers to ensure that all questions are answered, and that shared information, quotes, orders, and data are accurate and up to date
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer information, quotes, and orders in all internal system
• Facilitating the tender process for large orders
• Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide support and build relationships

To be successful in this role you will have

• Strong sales background
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Deep understanding of the needs of our clients in the small and medium business market
• You will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively to manage a large portfolio of clients
