Product Owner

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the development team. They are the primary point of contact between the development team and the customer, and they are responsible for ensuring that the product meets the needs of the customer.

The role

Set the product vision and roadmap
Work with the customer to understand their needs and requirements for the product
Prioritize the development team's work based on business value and customer needs
Set and communicate clear goals and objectives for the team
Work with the team to establish agile processes and routines
Monitor and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Act as the primary point of contact for the team, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring that work is delivered on time and to a high quality
Communicate clearly and effectively with the development team and the customer

Requirements

Deep understanding of the e-commerce and IT industries
Business acumen and the ability to align the product roadmap with business goals and objectives
Experience as a Product Owner and with agile development methodologies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience with product management or a related field
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Basic knowledge of the chemistry industry or drug discovery is a plus
